The production of this line is 100 KGS/hour of fried potatoes = 350 KGS of raw potatoes.
The vegetable oil capacity of the entire line is 375 liters, this means that with a consumption of 420 grams of oil/kilo of fried potatoes it must operate if possible once it is started for 9 hours to end with a completely clean oil. If you work less time, nothing happens but the ideal is that there is a total daily exchange, hence the line should not have a higher production because 900 kilos of finished product per day is a lot of kilos and a lot of bags.
Of course all the material is stainless steel except the raw potato hopper.
